We only accept returns and exchanges for items that were purchased on this website. Conscious Coterie will not accept items that were purchased from other retailers. Conscious Coterie has the right to deny the exchange of a product if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Please note that an exchange is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear.

CLOTHING RETURNS
- Eligibility: Clothing items may be returned within 14 days for store credit (only) from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- In-Store Returns: To initiate a return, please visit our store with your receipt or proof of purchase. Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the approved and accepted returned item(s). Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

JEWELRY RETURNS
Final Sale: All jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
