RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love every Conscious Coterie piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a full-priced item you purchased on this website, www.consciouscoterie.com, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted. For eligible returns, you can return them in exchange for a new size, new color, or a new item, receive store credit with no expiry date, or receive a refund.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, washed, stained, and/or damaged. All tags and original packaging must be in place.
To initiate a return or exchange of your online order, please visit our Return Portal. Local customers may visit our Stores or initiate through our Return Portal to make an exchange or receive store credit if the original order was purchased in-store. Return for a refund is not acceptable for in-store purchases.
All items noted as ‘Final Sale’ are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
Once items are received by our returns department, garments will undergo a thorough quality inspection. Once approved, you will receive an email notification alerting you that your return has been processed. If you choose to exchange, we will begin processing your exchange order. If you choose to receive a refund, we will initiate that process to return the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) back to the original payment method.
Please note that a handling fee of $10 applies to all returns, including those for exchange, refund, or store credit. This fee helps cover the careful inspection, restocking, and processing of each return. It will be deducted from your refund total or store credit amount.
We try to process returns and exchanges as quickly as they are approved, however, please allow up to 5 business days. Depending on your credit card policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR AN ONLINE ORDER:
- Visit our Return Portal.
- Enter your order number and order email address.
- Choose Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit.
- Generate your label and drop the package off.
ELIGIBILITY
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors or marks, and have all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? Start an exchange in the portal so we can reserve your item. If the requested item is unavailable by the time that we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method and notify you via email. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If something arrives damaged or defective, start a request in the portal within 14 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help quickly. Depending on the final claim outcome and availability, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
INELIGIBLE ITEMS
Final sale items, gift cards, accessories, jewelry, and items marked non-returnable. Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items not due to a manufacturing issue.
GIFT RETURNS
Received a gift? Start a request in the portal and select Gift Return. Approved gift returns are issued as store credit.
