How to Start Your Return or Exchange

Enter your order number and email address.

Select whether you want a Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit.

Generate and print your prepaid shipping label, pack up your items, and drop the package off.
Eligibility & Guidelines
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any marks, stains, or odors.

Tags: All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached.

Timeline: The return must be initiated in our portal within 14 days of your delivery date. Items shipped outside of this window will not be accepted.
⚠️ Ineligible Items: All items marked 'Final Sale', gift cards, accessories, and jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
Local & In-Store Purchases
If you are local to our Scottsdale boutique, you are welcome to bring your online order in-store for a quick exchange or store credit.
Please note that purchases made physically in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We cannot issue refunds to the original payment method for in-store purchases.
Processing Times

Inspection: Once your return arrives at our department, it will undergo a quick quality check. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return or exchange.

Refunds: If you requested a refund to your original payment method, please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
Special Circumstances
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, please log in to our Online Return Portal within 14 days of delivery. Upload clear photos of the defect and the packaging so our team can send a replacement or resolve it for you immediately.
Gift Returns
Received a Conscious Coterie piece as a gift? Head to the portal and select Gift Return. Approved gift returns are issued directly to you as store credit.
