We currently offer affordable USPS 2-Day Priority shipping within the contiguous United States from this web shop. Expedited shipping is also available, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. The estimated delivery is within 2 business days after processing, available across the United States.
When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification from our online store containing your USPS tracking number. If you chose expedited shipping, you will receive a FedEx tracking number.
We only accept returns and exchanges for items that were purchased on this website. Conscious Coterie will not accept items that were purchased from other retailers. Conscious Coterie has the right to deny the exchange of a product if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Clothing items may be returned within 14 days for store credit (only) from the date of purchase.
Once your order has been placed, it is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. If you need to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to customercare@consciouscoterie.com. We cannot guarantee that requests can be met before your order has been fulfilled.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, begin to initiate your return by visiting this PAGE. When we receive your return and upon inspection, we will evaluate the damages. If approved, you will receive a full refund back to the original payment method.
